Sometimes the weight you need to lose isn't on your body

People all over the world are so disquieted about their body weight. some people wanna lose weight and some wanna gain it. Everybody blabs about being fit and beauteousness. But nobody is talking about the weight we are having on our minds. You may have a fit body but are you taking care of your mind as well? And regrettably, NO. we are not concerned about our mental health. Wittingly or unwittingly, We are carrying so much weight on our minds. That weight could be of anything. It could be of your family, your career, your fears, your failures, destiny, or your cronies as well. Lamentably, the multitude of individuals is displeased with their lives, reasons may vary. And if we are not pleased, it means we have things on our minds. The cognitive process starts sluggish and ultimately it becomes depression and we don't even get to know. Globally, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression according to the data generated by WHO. Suicide was the second leading cause of death among young people aged 15-29 years, after road injury. Among teenagers aged 15-19 years, suicide was the second leading cause of death among girls (after maternal conditions) and the third leading cause of death in boys (after road injury and interpersonal violence). Depression and other mood disorders are widely recognized among the most important risk factors for suicide. It's not only about depression or suicide, but It's also about impediments that we may face in our lives due to the occurrences we are having in our minds. So, stop contemplating about worthless things in your mind, start caring for yourself. Work on your inner-self. Always think of keeping yourself happy before anyone else and Lose some weight you're carrying, besides your body because "Maybe the weight you need to lose isn't on your body". THANKYOU.
